Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, November 10, 2021. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-9640 (1105 Fair Park Blvd)
Development Comments:
1. Request variance for increased driveway widths (see engineering comments).
2. Provide signage plan. All signage must conform to Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning
Ordinance.
3. Dumpster area must be screened as per Section 36-523(d) of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
4. Parking spaces provided – 30. Typical minimum parking required – 22.
