Greenich Properties, LLC herby requests conditional use permitting of East 1/3 of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1,
Heisman addition to the city of Little Rock, Pulaski County Arkansas. This will accommodate a duplex that will
replace the single-family home that was removed from the property after being destroyed in a fire.
The expansion of UAMS' campus has accelerated the revitalization of Heisman Addition to the city of Little
Rock as medical students, nurses, and staff increasingly request updated housing within walking distance to UAMS.
This new building will consist of two 1,080 sq ft, two -bedroom units with parking for 4 that will be in front of the
building to remain consistent with the three houses across the street and will have a 10-foot green space between
the parking pad and house that will have bushes, trees, and grass to beautify the space along with fencing in the
rear for privacy and safety. The unit will be craftsman style with an upscale fagade designed to increase
neighborhood aesthetic and encourage further redevelopment of the Heisman addition.
