RE: Revised Preliminary Plat — Tract 9 Residential — Chenal Valley
Mr. Thrower,
Please find attached the Revised Preliminary Plat for the above captioned project.
Please place this item on the agenda for next Planning Commission meeting.
This residential subdivision is located north of Rahling Road and will access Rahling Road from
the recently extended St. Vincent Way extension and from Founders Drive. This is a slight
revision for the plat previously approved earlier this year.
We are asking for a waiver to allow a 20 foot front building line. All of the streets will be private
and gated.
Please let us know the amount of the application/review fee.
