Applicant Responses are due no later than Tuesday, January 4, 2022. Please submit revised
site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: S-1885-A - Chenal Tract 9 – Revised Preliminary Plat
West of the Chenal Parkway and Rahling Road Intersection
Development Comments:
1. Provide filing fee of $740.00.
2. Provide the following on a revised Preliminary Plat:
a. Vicinity map to scale.
b. Storm drainage analysis (date for all water courses entering and leaving the plat boundary).
c. Metes and bounds legal description with acreage to the nearest one-tenth of acre.
d. Label “Certificate of Preliminary Surveying Accuracy”.
3. Provide preliminary storm drainage plan (typical ditch section required to be shown).
