site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be

1. Provide filing fee of $740.00. PROVIDED
2. Provide the following on a revised Preliminary Plat:
a. Vicinity map to scale. SCALE NOTED ON MAP
b. Storm drainage analysis (date for all water courses entering and leaving the plat boundary).

c. Metes and bounds legal description with acreage to the nearest one-tenth of acre. ACREAGE
ADDED TO LEGAL
d. Label “Certificate of Preliminary Surveying Accuracy”. LABELED
