The current zoning for the site is R-4. The building being constructed on the site will be used as a short-term residential rental. It will be two stories and approximately 925 square feet. The site will have a 12' x 20' in -ground pool and a 4' x 8' pump house. Parking will be on an 18' x 20' pad and at the street. It will require a 28-foot front setback and a 7-foot rear setback. The side setbacks will be three feet. These variations in the setbacks are due to the size of the lot, which is 28 feet wide and 76 feet deep. I have attached an aerial photo from 1998 showing the property being used for single-family housing with current lot dimensions.
