Attached are four copies of the survey, application, affidavit and filing fee for the above referenced
project.
This project contains approximately 52.9 acres and is located north of the Crain Ford Dealership on
Colonel Glenn Plaza Drive. The parcel is currently zoned C-2.
The current ownership has recently purchased the property and wishes to improve it with streets and
utilities, then subdivide into several parcels that will be sold for individual developments.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda.
