Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, November 10, 2021. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-9639 (7815 Barrett Road)
Development Comments:
1. The final plat (lot split) can be done at staff level after the Planning Commission hears the
Conditional Use Permit request. Include “Certificate of Final Approval” for Pulaski County on the
final plan document.
2. The site plan for each lot needs to include the following:
a. Driveway location.
b. Parking area.
c. Steps, Decks, Porches, etc.… for each manufactured home.
d. Accessory structures (carport, garage, storage building, etc.…) with dimensions of
structure(s) and dimensions to all property lines.
3. The proposed manufactured home must comply with the following minimum siting standards as
found in section 36‐254 (d) (5) of the City’s Zoning Ordinance:
A. A pitched roof of three (3) in twelve (12) or fourteen (14) degrees or greater.
B. Removal of all transport elements.
C. Permanent foundation.
D. Exterior wall finished so as to be compatible with the neighborhood.
E. Orientation compatible with placement of adjacent structures.
F. Underpinning with permanent materials.
G. All homes shall be multisectional.
H. Off street parking per single family dwelling standard.
4. Provide Cover Letter for application.
