You may submit the revised site plan and proof of notification electronically. If you prefer to deliver the dox that will be ok too. Staff suggest relocating the additional storage building to the second lot. As long as it complies that may resolve your issue regarding the buildings. The accessory structure(s) for each lot should be shown on the revised site plan. You may draw them in yourself if you prefer. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. Do I need to change the cover letter? I'll update the site plan on one of the copies I have and bring it when I bring proof of the letters being sent out if that is okay. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. I have updated the cover letter. For the storage building we decided to just leave it as is because it would be easier for us. Is that okay? On Wed, Nov 10, 2021 at 2:24 PM Thrower, Torrence <tthrower@littlerock.gov> wrote: Yes it will however there is no description in the cover letter regarding the existing structures located on the property. Specifically, the structures appear to be single-wide manufactured homes located primarily on proposed Lot 1 including the two out-buildings, will they be removed, demolished? The site plan for Lot 1 states the one of the structures will be relocated, if so, it must comply with the setbacks for accessory structures, see #2(d) comment. Secondly, the letter omits language regarding the structure addressed 7809 Barrett Rd. on Lot 2. Will this structure be demolished, moved? Finally, be sure to submit a revised site plan for Lot 1 & 2 regarding #2 in the Development Staff Comments. If you have any questions, please free to contact this office. TT. However, I do not see the cover letter describing your proposal. Please provide a cover letter per the response to comments due today, November 10, 2021. For your first question, yes, the two mobile homes that were there are no longer. We have had them removed. For the second question, the structure at 7809 is owned by AT&T, they purchased that small piece to run lines in the area if I'm not mistaken so that will stay. As for the check, my grandparents would just like to mail in the difference so we'll send an additional $70. If I have questions about this application I will let you know. Thank you again! In your cover letter indicate you are proposing a lot split in addition to the CUP for the 2 manufactured homes which require a Conditional Use Permit (CUP), attached. The item will go to the Planning Commission for the December meeting. My colleague had additional questions regarding your proposal: 1. The structure(s) shown on the zoning map – you stated were 2 mobile homes – no longer exist, correct? 2. The structure addressed 7809 Barrett Road – will that structure be demolished or remain? Finally, I have retrieved the check from upstairs and will mail the check you submitted earlier. The correct fee will be $275.00 application fee, $5.00 sign fee for a total of $280.00.
