Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, November 10, 2021. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-9634 (3717 West Capitol Avenue)
Development Comments:
1. Adjust proposed driveway on site plan (see engineering comments).
2. Provide typical building elevations.
3. Provide details on building façade construction materials.
4. Provide building height.
5. Any site lighting must be low level and directed away from adjacent properties.
6. No signage will be allowed for the development.
