Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Tuesday, October 5, 2021. Please submit revised
site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-9624 (17220 Crystal Valley Road)
Development Comments:
1. Provide site plan showing the following:
A. Location and size of proposed double-wide manufactured home.
B. Dimensions from manufactured home to all property lines.
C. Driveway from Crystal Valley Road.
D. Parking area.
E. Porches, Decks, Steps, etc.., which will be attached to the manufactured home.
F. Any Accessory structures (carport, storage building, etc…) with dimensions of structure(s)
and dimensions to all property lines.
2. The proposed manufactured home must comply with the following minimum siting standards as
found in section 36-254 (d) (5) of the City’s Zoning Ordinance:
A. A pitched roof of three (3) in twelve (12) or fourteen (14) degrees or greater.
B. Removal of all transport elements.
C. Permanent foundation.
D. Exterior wall finished so as to be compatible with the neighborhood.
E. Orientation compatible with placement of adjacent structures.
F. Underpinning with permanent materials.
G. All homes shall be multisectional.
H. Off street parking per single family dwelling standard.
