Please see the following attachments including 200ft Certified Property Owners List, Notice of Public
Hearing Letter, and proof of mail outs. Letters are postmarked for today by USPS. USPS stated that since
no payments were made, they cannot provide the receipt.

I am not sure who Mrs. Hayes is as I’ve never heard the name mentioned my entire time working with Romie. Is this someone
that we should also be coordinating with?
Ms. Hayes was an error on my part. I meant Ms. Washington.
The attached Notice of Public Hearing has a file number. Could you provide or direct me where to locate that please?
The Z number is Z-9624.
Given what you stated, I should be able to mail out those letters and send you the proof this Wednesday by noon. Since I believe
that this Wednesday is the last day(15 days before the Public Hearing) for proof of postmarked notices. Would that be sufficient
to get us in on the December 9th public hearing?
Yes, notices can have to postmarked no later than 11-24-21.

I wanted to confirm a couple things with you. The attached Notice of Public Hearing has a file number. Could you provide or
direct me where to locate that please?

Staff forwarded the notice for the November hearing to the applicant September 27, 2021 for the
November hearing. The notice was included in the email. The notice you provided is not the notice staff
provided to the applicant. There appears to be a lack of communication between you and Mrs. Hayes.
Staff provides the notice for Planning Commission applications due to the meeting location listing being
incorrect on the one in the application packet.
Please use the notice attached for the December meeting. Staff will allow the notice to be submitted to
landowners via regular mail due to the oversight. However, provide proof of notice by submitting
images of the mail outs and a copy of the receipt provided by USPS.

certified mail receipts for the upcoming public hearing on December 9th, 2020 for the property
