Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, November 10, 2021. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.

Development Comments:
1. Verify that there will beno changes to the existing PCD site plan and permitted uses (lots 1 & 2).
2. Staff suggests a cross parking easement between Lots 1 & 2. Note on revised plat.
3. See Engineering comments for additional revision to the plat.
