This looks good. You will need the following:
1. Provide property owner authorization form (affidavit).
2. Provide 2 full size paper copies of the new site plan.
3. Provide Check for $330.00. 1 will give your $545.00 check back.
4. Provide street right-of-way agreement form.
5. Pick up sign to post on property.
6. Do not use the notice form you filled out. We will send you a notice form to use within the next 2 weeks.
Please submit the additional items today, if possible, so we can complete the filing.
