TO
BILL OF ASSURANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT, WHEREAS, Lloyd Randall Mourningis the sole owner of the following described
lands lying in the County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas, to wit:
Lot 11 and Lot 12, Block 2, Elmhurst Addition, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
AND, WHEREAS, it is desirable that all of the above -described property be replatted.
NOW THEREFORE WITNESSETH:
THAT I, the said Lloyd Randall Mourning hereinafter termed grantor, has caused said tract
of land to be surveyed by Gregory T. Sullivan a Registered Professional Land Surveyor, and a plat
thereof made which is identified by the title Final Plat of Lots 11R.„12RT1 and 12R-2, being a
Replat of Lots 11 and 12 Black 2 Elmhurst Addition Little Rock, Pulaski Coup Arkansas and
the date August 25, 2021, and by the signature of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas, as Document No.
hereby make this Bill of Assurance.

The purpose of this amendment is to recombine two existing lots (11 & 12) into three new lots (11R,
12R-1 & 12R-2).
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in The Office of the Circuit Clerk and
ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the
easements shown on the said plat which were not previously dedicated.
All buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the Building Code and Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Hereafter, conveyance and description of said lands by lot number as shown on said plat shall
be a proper and sufficient description thereof.
The lots in said subdivision shall be sold by the grantors and shall be purchased by the buyers
thereof, subject to the covenants set forth in the parent documents filed in Plat Book Page 127,
records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The considerations set forth are hereby approved by the City of Little Rock Planning
Commission. Any additional requirements, restrictions or statement are entered without review or
action by the Planning Commission, and shall not be considered part of the Little Rock Planning
Commission, and shall not be considered part of the Little Rock Planning Commission's
requirements for plat approval.
