Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Tuesday, October 5, 2021. Please submit revised
site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: S-1905 (12023 Rainwood Road)
Development Comments:
1. Request variance for referenced building setbacks (front, rear, and sides).
2. Request variance for lot width-to-depth ratio for lots 5 through 8.
3. Provide draft Bill of Assurance.
4. Provide preliminary storm drainage plan.
5. Will all the lots be final platted at the same time, (one phase)?
6. Provide the following on revised plat document:
A. Linear feet of internal street.
B. Average lot size.
C. Minimum lot size.
D. Number of lots.
E. Location and description of all corner monuments, indicating size, material, etc….
F. Label all easements.
G. Front building setback lines for all lots.
H. Contours (5-foot intervals for grades over 10%).
I. Show all water courses (with data) entering and leaving the plat boundary.
J. Names of all recorded subdivisions abutting the plat boundary.
K. Zoning classifications of all abutting properties.
