THIS EXTENSION OF THE DUE DILIGENCE PERIOD is made effective as of the
date set forth below the signature of the purchaser, ("Effective Date") and is made by and between
Ran Management (Amen Devji, Principal) and or Assigns, ("Purchaser"), and Kelly,
Stephanie D. & H.C. ETAL, ("Sellers").
RECITALS:
A. Purchaser and Seller executed that certain Agreement of Purchase and Sale with
execution date of 4-21-2021 the ("Agreement").
B. Purchaser desires to extend the Inspection Period as described in section 6 of the
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the recitals and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto
agree as follows:
1. Review Period Extended. The Review Period described in Section 6 of the
Agreement is extended for a period of 60 Days. This extension of the due diligence
period will expire on 10-18-2021. Buyer will deposit an additional $10,000 to the
earnest money. All earnest money to be applied to purchase price at closing.
2. _Closing The Closing Date shall be within 30 days of the expiration of this
extension of the due diligence period.
Counterparts. This Supplement may be executed by the parties in any number of
counterparts and all such counterparts shall together be deemed to constitute a
single document.
