Attached are three (3) copies of the PRD and Preliminary Plat for the above captioned project.
Please place this item on the agenda for the October 14'`, 2021 Planning Commission meeting.
The project will be an age restricted, active living apartment development. Gated access will be
from Rahling Road. A secondary emergency access drive will be constructed to Champagnolle
Drive.
We will provide a narrative and proposed elevations under separate cover.
