Dear Ms. Owens,
On July the 22nd, I conducted a soil and site evaluation at the referenced
property to determine the suitability for a wastewater system on each proposed
lot. Soil pits were excavated on each lot. The site and soils on the proposed
lots meet the Arkansas Department of Health requirements for a standard
subsurface wastewater system.
