This letter is a request on behalf of the owner, Whitney Owens, for approval of her application
for a Subdivision Application of the above referenced property. It is Whitney Owens' desire to
subdivide an existing property into (3) three lots. No improvements to the property will be
required and no waivers will be requested.
The property is located in a rural area on the west end of Denny Road.
The property is served by all necessary utilities including water, gas, electrical and telephone
services.
