Dear Mr. Moore,
On behalf of our client, we are submitting a revised preliminary plat for the Pleasant Run project.
We are going from five (5) lots with an internal road to just four (4) lots fronting the existing
streets. Three (3) of the four (4) lots will be facing Burlingame Road and the fourth (4'") will be
facing Walnut Grove Road. We may need a variance on lot width to depth ratio for lot number
four (4). If you determine that we will need a variance for this lot, we will submit the variance
request at that time.
