Revised Preliminary Plat Comments Response

Dear Mr. Moore,
Please see the following response to your comment letter received on July 29, 2021.
1. Lot number four (4) does not meet required width to depth ratio per ordinance 31-232 (b).
Please see the variance/wavier request forms that are attached.
2. Show on revised plat:
a. Vicinity map to scale — minimum scale of 1:2000 feet.
b. Provide name / address of landowner with source of title (deed record book and
page or instrument number) on plat.
Please see the attached revised Preliminary Plat.
3. Revise "Certificate of Surveying Accuracy" to contain the following wording:
"... The plat has been surveyed and duly filed for recorded in the offices of the State
Surveyor and the County Circuit Clerk and recorded within the last seven (7) years."
The certificates that are shown on the plat are in accordance with Section 31-91 of the
City of Little Rock Subdivision regulations.
4. Lots connect to an Arterial Street. Asper ordinance 31-210 (e-1), request variance for each
lot to have individual access drive to Arterial Street.

5. Show location of mail kiosk within a tract or easement. Mail Kiosk location must be
constructed in conformance with USPS and City of Little Rock design standards and be
ADA accessible.
We believe that a mail kiosk for just four (4) lots along an existing street will be
dangerous for the residents to get their mail. It would also be difficult to ensure a mail
kiosk is ADA accessible in this busy area. We would like to request that each lot have
their own mailbox at the end of their driveways.
