RE: Revised Preliminary Plat — Chenal Valley Phase 18-L

Attached are three (3) copies of the revised Preliminary Plat for the above captioned project.
Please place this item on the agenda for the October 10, 2021 Planning Commission meeting.
We would like the following variances due to topography;
1. Seven -foot side yard setback
2. Twenty -foot front and rear building setbacks
We also intend on grading all lots with the initial phase of subdivision construction
