Re: Abby Woods Subdivision Preliminary Plat
Dear Mr. Price:
We are herewith submitting a preliminary plat for the above referenced site.
The plat is one acre and will have 5 lots for R-2 zoning. The property is owned by Rodney Chandler. We
are asking for a variance in the reduction of the rear setback from 25' to 15'. The street serving the lots
will be private. Improvements will be made to Nix Road to meet City standards. Signage for the site will
meet city standards.
