Below are the comments on the revised plans:
S-1903 Abbey Woods Pre Plat
1. A variance is being requested to advance grade the lots with the construction of the street and
drainage prior to recording the final plat; STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL
2. Provide a sight distance certification from a licensed engineer for the proposed private street
location prior to providing a recommendation to the Planning Commission.
