The developer wishes to subdivide 7.7 acres located on the west side of Lamarche Drive just south of the Belle Fleurs development. The proposed development would contain 3 large lots averaging 1.5 to 2 acres. The development would be gated with a private street serving all lots. The turnaround at the entrance will allow cars to enter and exit the development without backing out into LaMarche Drive should they not be able to enter the gate. A keypad will be provided along with a mail kiosk in the entry island. Sanitary sewer is available and runs along the western boundary. Water is available at the southeast corner of the property. All other utilities run along LaMarche Drive and are available to the site. Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda.
