NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a/an Preliminary Plat and Revocation of PRD
application
for the above described property has been filed with the Department of Planning and Development. This notice
is provided to inform owners abutting the boundary of property that may affect their neighborhood.
A public hearing for said application will be held by the Little Rock Planning Commission at The Centre at
University Park, 6401 W. 12th Street Little Rock, Arkansas on September_9, 2021 at 4:00pm
CST.
Interested parties may participate in the public hearing to be held at the above -mentioned place and time,
by registering in -person at the public hearing, or in one of the following ways:
No later than 24 hours prior to the public hearing time, email written comments/written
statement to lrzoning@littlerock.gov, including associated item name(s) or file number(s.) The
comments/statements will be submitted for consideration to the Little
Rock Planning Commission.

of 229.40 feet, an are length of 135.77 feet, and a chord bearing and distance of N19°46'32" East,
133.80 feet; thence NO2°44'35" East, 87.66 feet; thence S87°23'13" East, 192.21 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
