RE: Wolfsbridge at Leawood
Revocation of Expired PRD and Preliminary Plat
Mr. Moore,
Attached are the application, preliminary plat, affidavit and filing fee for the above referenced
project.
This project is located at the north end of Brookside Drive, east of Reservoir Road and contains
approximately 11.67 acres. The parcel of land was zoned PRD years ago and has an underlying
zoning of 11-2. With this preliminary plat application, the developer would like to respectfully
request the revocation of the expired PRD.
This single-family residential project should compliment the surrounding developments. To the
north a secondary emergency access will be connected for emergency personnel. An area is
reserved on the east side of Brooskide Drive for an amenity are for the residents to enjoy.
With this subdivision application there is one variance request for advance grading of the site with
the construction of the infrastructure. This will prevent hauling earthen material being
transported across public streets.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda.
