It is with much enthusiasm that I am submitting to you my application for an at home daycare
(Apples N Oranges Enrichment Center).
During the pandemic 2020, 1 was home as a displaced worker assisting my grandson that was home as
well. I saw so many parents in need of assistance with childcare. I spoke with several parents especially
mothers that stress the need for their child/children in a small learning setting. Having family members
as well desiring a small home like setting daycare is what prompt myself to move forward with opening
my home.
A home daycare will be helpful in the area I reside for the working parents and single mothers needing
childcare within walking distance of my home. This home daycare will provide one on one for each
infant/toddler to develop and grow.
I have enclosed the bill of assurance. I am looking forward to the public hearing with neighbors and the
Planning Commission on August 12th . Thank you for your time and attention to this request.
