The Project is to be located on N. Pierce between B and C Streets in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Project includes four
residential lots that will be combined into two separate parcels for the development of townhomes for sale by JPL
construction.
Each combined parcel is intended to have eight units with a mix of two and three bedroom to be determined
during design. An average square footage for each unit will be between 1,500 and 1800 square feet, 2 story
maximum height will be 35 feet with and shared green space. The facades will be facing the streets per Site plan
with walkways from doors to to sidewalks on all 3 sides. The facades will be predominantly stone brick and
shingle.
The project will be 2 separate parcels 8 units with 12 parking spaces on the C st and Pierce side and 8 untis and 12
parking spaces on the B st and Pierce side with one entrance (driveway) into parking lot from Pierce st to the rear
of the building.
