Provide the following exhibits to Development staff no later than Wednesday, August 4,
2021:
1. Proof of notification (the notice included as an attachment).
2. Copy of Abstract List.
3. Certified mail receipts (the small green receipts reflecting the postmark stamp).

Good Afternoon Applicants,
The venue for the Planning Commission meeting for August 12, 2021 has be changed. Attached is the
updated Notice of Public Hearing for the August 12, 2021 Planning Commission meeting. Hearing notices
must be postmarked no later than July 28, 2021 to all owners of lands lying within 200 feet of the
boundary of the property.
Provide the following exhibits to Development staff no later than Wednesday, August 4,
2021:
1. Proof of notification.
2. Copy of Abstract List.
3. Certified mail receipts (the small green receipts reflecting the postmark stamp).
