Markham Little Rock, AR 72201 Re: CUP Modification – Disciple Korean Church 800 Kirby Road Little Rock, Arkansas Application File # Z-5131-A Dear Mr. Moore: Following is our response to your planning comments (by email dated 6.3.2021) on the above referenced project: Development Comments; 1. Concur. Proposed building placements conforms with ordinance requirements. 2. Description of exterior building materials noted on attached drawings. 3. Building heights noted on attached drawings. 4. All site lighting will be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. 5. Trash disposal will utilize existing dumpster on adjacent church property. 6. No new signage proposed. 7. Concur. Existing on-site parking is sufficient to serve proposed accessory use. Landscape Comments: 1. Concur. 2. Land use buffers shown on attached revised site plan. As shown on our site plan, we propose to leave existing mature trees and dense understory vegetation. 3. Concur. Civil Engineering Comments: 1. Concur. Based on attached survey, the 30’ ROW currently exists. 2. Concur. 3. Concur. Stormwater detention area shown on site plan. 4. Disturbed area is less than 1 acre. 5. Concur. 6. See attached revised civil plan.
