Robert Alexander was approved by the Planning Commission on June 24, 2021 for a Conditional Use
Permit to allow the construction of 9 duplex structures at the following addresses:
3303, 3305, 3309, 3315, 3317 and 3319 W. 15th Street
1500 and 1502 S. Martin Street
1501 S. Valmar Street
Each set of 2 lots (with the exception of 1501 S. Valmar) must have 1 shared driveway from the street.
