Mr. Thrower,
I am sending this file over again that was originally sent in on 4/29/2021 in response to
the Development and Engineering comments. The file provides a cover sheet discussing
the build, the surveys show the site plan and layout of the driveways along with
setbacks.
Regarding the Engineer comments, we are not making any changes to what is existing
regarding right aways and streets. The existing driveway curb cutouts will be removed
and replaced with new curb and gutter per the architectural plans that were originally
submitted.
Thank you for reaching back out and making sure that you had everything in
preparation for this upcoming meeting.
