Application is hereby to the Little Rock Planning Commission pursuant to the provisions of Act 186 of
1957, Acts of Arkansas, as amended, and Chapter 36 of Little Rock, Ark. Rev. Code (1988, as amended,
requesting a Conditional Use Permit on the following property: 11305 Sardis Rd. Mabelvale, AR 72103
within a R2 Zone. A Conditional Use Permit is requested to allow use of the property for a residential
manufactured home.
This property is not located in subdivision therefore no bill of assurance is available. This track of land
is located in part of the North of West 1/2 West 1/2 of NWSE Section 10, Township 1 South, Range 13.
Relating to the proposal, please find attached the following: Application, Survey, Proposed
improvements and fee.
