Here you go! Sorry I got busy yesterday and forgot to send this over.
Please mail the attached document to the addresses collected by the abstractor. These need to be
mailed using certified mail, and all of the receipts need to be kept and sent to me. I will get them to the
city planning department. Letters must be mailed by May 26th.
I stopped by the city planning office yesterday and picked up the sign that will be placed on the property
to notify people about the hearing. I will install it on the property.
