It appears that the owner of the property hasn’t mailed the certified letters for the property. I have
notified him that this will result in this being on the agenda for June instead of May. I have also told him
that he needs to mail them soon to give the proper 30 day notification.
I will keep you updated as to any changes on my end. Please let me know if there is anything I need to
do for you.
