To the City of Little Rock, Ark.

Pulaski Heights Sand Co. to The —"[illegible]"_
Plat and Deed of Assurance
_"[illegible]"_ all men by the presents that the Pulaski Heights Sand Company, a
corporation doing business under the laws of Arkansas, by its Vice President and
Secretary duly authorized, hereby makes, executes and delivers by filing the same
for and a deed of assurance of the plat _"[illegible]"_shown by the annexed map being
a part of the SE 1/ Sec. 31, T.2N., R.12W. in Arkansas, comprising and being a
subdivision of Block 23 to 51 inclusive of the Pulaski Heights Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, together with streets and alleys as shown by said plat. The
said streets and alleys as shown by said plat are hereto dedicated to the public
forever, reserving to the grantor herein and its assigns the exclusive right of laying
water mains and a sewer system. In witness whereof we hereby affix its name and
seal by its Vice President and Secretary this 29' day of April 1904.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS':
That I, Peggy- D. Pryor, unmarried, GRANTOR, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
consideration,- to me paid by PDP Creations, LLC, GRANTEE, the
receipt. of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant,
bargain, sell and convey unto PDP Creations, LLC, and unto its
successors and assigns forever, the following described lands in
PULASKI County, Arkansas:

This land was formerly owned by Richard S . Pryor and
Peggy Pryor, as husband and wife. Richard S. Pryor
died on August 30, 2011.
This conveyance is made subject to all rights of way, -
covenants and restrictions, easements and all other
reservations of record and physically in place.
TO'HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the GRANTEE and unto its
successors and assigns forever, with all appurtenances thereunto
belonging. And I hereby covenant with GRANTEE that I will
forever warrant and defend the title to the lands against all
claims whatever.
And I, the GRANTOR, for and in consideration of said sum of
money, do hereby release and relinquish unto the GRANTEE all my
rights of dower, curtesy, and homestead in and to said lands.
