Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Friday, April 30, 2021. Please submit revised site
plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to
Torrence Thrower (tthrower@littlerock.gov) for review.
RE: Z-8181-A (5120 F Street)
Development Comments:
1. Verify that both the principal and accessory buildings will be rental units.
2. Verify that there will be no new construction (e.g., building additions, etc.) taking place on the site.
Civil Engineering Comments:
1. Cantrell Road is classified on the Master Street Plan as a principal arterial. Dedication of right-of-
way to 55 feet from centerline will be required (measured as a constant distance from the
centerline).
