Please find attached 18 copies of the preliminary plat along with the application, a bill of
assurance, and a review fee check in the amount of $280.00 for the above referenced
project. This 4.932 acres is located on Carter Lane off Taylor Loop in West Little Rock
We are requesting a variance of the front and side yard setbacks.
