For the Preliminary Plat of Carter Lane Estates to the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas
(STATE OF ARKANSAS)
(COUNTY OF PULASKI)
WHEREAS, Westrock Co, LLC, hereinafter referred to as “Owners” of the
following described property:
Legal Description
Part of the NW1/4, SE1/4 of Section 24, Township 2 North Range 14 West, more
particularly described as beginning at the SE corner of the said NW1/4, SE 1/4; thence
N89 degrees 28 minutes 00 Seconds West 639 feet; thence North 1 degrees 11 minutes
00 seconds East 336.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 28 minutes 05 Seconds East 639.79
feet; thence South 01 degree 19 minutes 07 Seconds West 336.02 feet to the point of
beginning, being tract 21 of Subdivision of E1/4 SE 1/4, NW1/4; SW1/4 NE 1/4 and
NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 24 Township 2 North Range 14 West, according to the Survey
of G. A. Denham, Registered Engineer, containing 4.932 acres, more or less.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That we, The Owners, hereinafter termed the Grantor, has caused said tract of
land to be surveyed and Engineered by Holloway Engineering, Surveying & Civil
Design, PLLC, Registered Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, and a plat thereof
made which is identified by the title: The Preliminary Plat of Carter Lane Estates to
the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, said plat is dated April 12, 2021,
and bears the signature of said Land Surveyor and Engineer and the said Grantor and
bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is
on record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, Document Number ______________________ and the Grantor does hereby
make this the Bill of Assurance.
The Grantor does hereby certify that they will have replatted said real estate in
accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as
designed on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this
designation.
The filling of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of Circuit
Clerk and ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and completed delivery
and dedication of the streets and easements shown on said plat.
All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street
than the building line on the plat and all building lines shall be constructed in
conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
