Based on your phone call to me, it appears a project representative may have stated “49 lots” in their notice to persons within 200’ radius adjacent to the proposal. There are in fact 16 lots proposed For Carter Lane Subdivision. 3. A neighbor called, concerned there are 49 proposed lots, apparently based on a notice letter received from your office (attached is an enclosure from your 4- 12-21 application, FYI.) Also, it appears we have not received the required affidavit authorizing you or your firm to represent the developer (either Westrock Co., Inc., Westrock Co., LLC or Lee Maris, depending on which page of the application.)
