Re: Subdivision Application
Sienna Lake Subdivision – Phase 3, Blocks 3
A/E Project No. 2021-057
Ms. Slade:
This letter is to formally request the City of Little Rock Department of Planning and
Development to review and approve the accompanying Subdivision Application for
Phase 3, Blocks 3 of Sienna Lake Subdivision. This phase of the subdivision will
include 2.883 acres for Lots 1-7 of Block 3. Previously approved Final Plats in
Sienna Lake Subdivision include Lots 1-78 of Block 1 and Lots 1-10 of Block 2.
Lots 11-24 of Block 2 will be vacated in order to allow for the establishment of Lots
1-7 of Block 3. The total number lots included in Blocks 1-3 upon approval of this
application will be 95 lots.
Paper copies of the Preliminary Plat folded to legal size, an electronic version of the
Preliminary Plat in pdf format, a copy of the Bill of Assurance (pdf), and a check for
$235 to cover the review fee are included. Written notices will be sent to adjacent
landowners per CLR standards upon acceptance of this application.
