Boundary street improvements are not triggered by single family and duplex residential
developments. Boundary street improvements are triggered by triplex and more intense residential
developments.

Vince/Ilona:
Can you review this for any required street improvements? The area is wooded and undeveloped and it
appears on the map that the street is narrow and unfinished.
He is filing application this week, but this could be a significant cost.
