I the applicant, Mr. Stanley Phillips, I am pleased to submit to you the enclosed documents (completed application; three copies of a survey; eighteen copies of a site plan; and an application fee check) towards implementing the process to obtain a Conditional Use Permit for the development of property on Zion, parcels 444L 1340606000, #44L 1340606100. & #44L 1340606200. This property is intended to be developed by me as two (2) residential duplex units with off street parking. Please note that the applicant shall act in my own behalf during the application process. The new units (2x attached units with four (4) separate tenants), approx. 2.348 sf each duplex unit) shall be a two -store, flat reinforced concrete slab; thermal insulated wood -framed structure; clad with vinyl siding: vinyl clad thermal glazed windows and a hip roof clad with asphalt shingles. Eight (8) .concrete paved off-street car slots are to be constructed on the property. as illustrated on the site plan.
