5 ORDINANCE NO. 19,875 (DECEMBER 4, 2007) TO REVOKE A PLANNED
6 DISTRICT - RESIDENTIAL TITLED CROSS STREET ELDERLY
7 HOUSING SHORT -FORM PD-R, TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY
8 LOCATED AT 1012 SOUTH CROSS STREET (Z-7898-D), IN THE CITY
9 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

i 1 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 19,406 was passed on September 20, 2005, rezoning the property located
12 at 1012 South Cross Street from R-4, Two -Family District, to PD-R, Planned District — Residential,
13 establishing the Cross Street Elderly Housing Short -Form PD-R; and,
14 WHEREAS, Ordinance No, 19,612 was passed on October 17, 2006, and Ordinance No. 19,875 was
15 passed on December 4, 2007, revising the previously0approved PD-R zoning; and,
16 WHEREAS, the property owner has requested that the PD-R be revoked and the prior R-4 zoning be
17 restored; and,
18 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission by a vote of 10 ayes, 0 nays, 0 absent and 1 open
19 position, at its May 13, 2021, meeting has recommended that the Cross Street Elderly Housing Short -Form
20 PD-R be revoked and the property reclassified to R4.
21 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
22 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
23 Section 1. That Ordinance No 19,406, Ordinance No. 19,612 and Ordinance No. 19,875 are hereby
24 repealed, removing from the Official Zoning Map the reclassification PD-R, Planned District — Residential,
25 and the R-4, Two -Family District, zoning is restored to the property described as 1012 South Cross Street
26 to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
27 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
28 Arkansas, and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
29 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
30 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
31 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
32 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and

I effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
2 ordinance.
3 Section 4. RepealeI All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
4 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
