Applicant Responses are due no later than Tuesday, April 6, 2021. Please submit revised site
plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to

Central Arkansas Water Comments:
1. Installation of an approved reduced pressure zone backflow preventer assembly (RPZ) is required
on the domestic water service. Contact the Cross-Connection Section at (501) 377-1226 if you
would like to discuss backflow prevention requirements for this project.
To Whom It May Concern:
I just spoke with Bill Seiger of Central Arkansas Water about the installation of an RPZ at 1401 S.
Garfield. He informed me that one was installed at this property in 2004; that there is proof of this
on the site plan. His number is 501-377-1294 if anyone needs to talk to him. He said he would be
glad to receive a phone call. If you need anything else from me, please do not hesitate.
