I have attached the Notices of Public Hearing for the following: Z-6974-D
The certified receipts must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, April 28, 2021.
Attached, you will also find a copy of the required public notifications for the Conditional Use Permit
Renewal. Please provide the proof for our office no later than Wednesday, April 28th. This is a
requirement. The CUP Renewal can be deferred until all requirements for public notice have been met.
