I have my application and check ready to submit to you. Also, I've spoken with Standard
Abstract and it should be at least a week to get the 500 ft of addresses I need. Additionally, I've
spoken with Donnie at Brooks Surveyors and it will be at least two weeks before I will have an
updated survey. He said to tell Monty Moore (no idea who that is) that he'll get to it as soon as
possible. Right now I'm at the mercy of other's timelines. Should I mail this application to you
or can I bring it to you? OR....you are welcome to come by and let me show you around. Just let
me know what works best.

Would it be possible for you to take a look at my file and tell me what survey company I have
used in the past? For the life of me, I can't remember nor can I find any documentation with
their name. I'm sorry to have to ask this of you. I think it would be prudent to ask them to at
least update my survey. It might save some money. Thanks so much,

18 copies of the site plan will not be required. Planning staff usually request two current paper copies of
the survey/site plan if we need them. We encourage the dox be submitted electronically. I will have to
check with my supervisor to see if any past survey and/or site plans previously submitted may be used
for the renewal and follow up with you tomorrow.

Number 3 of the instructions state I need three copies of a survey to scale and 18 copies of the
site plan. Is this still the case? I know in the age of technology we are reducing this numbers in
Maumelle. Also, can anything I've submitted in the past be reused?
