Land Use and Rezoning Request
Ms. Slade,
The owner of the above referenced project would like to respectfully request a land use
amendment and rezoning of the above referenced property. I have attached six copies of a
recent survey with the requested modifications.
The owner wishes to have the land use amendment changed from Suburban Office to
Commercial. The owner also wishes to have the zoning changed from Ol to C3.
Please place this item on the next available agenda.
